The Purpose Behind Our Services
SYH Design specializes in contemporary home staging and commercial interior design services. For 15 years, we have been strategically staging both residental and commercial spaces in a way that catches the eye and turns heads. SYH Design was founded in 2005 by Linda Wendelken and stands proudly as a woman-owned business in Greensboro, North Carolina. We believe our close attention to detail and care we put into our design services elicits a personal touch and sets us apart from others in the area.
Our home staging services extend from the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina to Charlotte, Raleigh, and other cities upon request. Likewise, our commercial interior design services span across North Carolina, down to South Carolina and Georgia.
Since entering the home staging market, we challenged the traditional focus of home staging and expanded our services to represent ones that elicit a personal touch and exceptional design results as we communicate closely with you throughout the entire process and structure your space in a way that suits your taste and goals. Reach out to set up an initital consultation and embark on the design journey of your dreams.

Staging made a huge difference in selling a home that just wasn't showing well. After months on the market, the home sold only 3 weeks after staging.
Our house was on the market for almost 80 days with lots of viewings. SYH Suggested that we paint the interior of our house. After painting, Cathy came back and staged our home with incredible furnishings! We had an Open House that weekend and a contract in our hands 12 days later! We highly recommend using SYH. The team is professional, courteous and thorough. The results are amazing.
I recommend staging to get a competitive edge in what is now a buyer's market. As an agent, I have seen how staging a home can greatly increase buyer interest and lead to a quicker sale.
I had two newly built homes on the market for over a year. Your team put their staging skills to work on the empty homes, and the offers started pouring in.
We have had Stage Your House furnish the model for five different communities over the past four years. All have been a success.
